Meet Elyse
Elyse is a Maine native and proud of it! She may have left for several years, but always knew she’d return. Elyse spent almost a decade traveling around on private yachts working as a self-taught chef. She loves using local ingredients and supporting small local businesses in the great state. Elyse believes that cooking shouldn’t be taken so seriously and food should be used as a medium to bring people together.

Meet Iris
Meet Iris! Iris is a 2017 Happier Camper HC1 fiberglass travel trailer. She was made in Los Angeles, California and brought to Maine by way of Virginia. Elyse’s love for all things retro paired with her affinity for the color of Bahamian waters inspired her 3M Atomic Teal vinyl wrap.
Iris was retrofitted by a local metalsmith who turned Elyse’s vision into reality. Iris has custom stainless countertops, a full well, 3 bay sink, and custom live edge bar tops milled and made by Bradbury Mountain Metal works. Iris is a great addition to any party, but has a tendency to steal the show.
